At ḖCLAT Beauty, we prioritize hygiene,safety, and product quality.Because our products are cosmetic and come into contact with the skin,most items cannot be returned once opened or used.

However,we still provide a fair and transparent policy to protect our customers.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange within 48 hours if your item:

• Arrived damaged

• Arrived defective

• Was the wrong shade/product sent by ḖCLAT

    Not eligible:

• Opened or used items

• Lip products

• Clearance items

• Items damaged by customer

• Items without ḖCLAT packaging

2. Reporting an Issue

Send the following:

• Name

• Order number

• Video unboxing

• Pictures of the issue

3. Refunds

Refunds are processed as:

• Store credit(default)

• Replacement

• Momo refund (special cases)

4. Wholesale Orders

Wholesale items are final sale unless damaged on arrival
