1.Product Availability

Products may sell out at any time.Payment confirms your order but does not guarantee product availability until confirmed by ḖCLAT.If an item is out of stock,we will contact you immediately for a replacement or refund.

2. Payment Terms

All payments must be made via Mobile Money,Paystack or cash at physical sales.Orders are only processed after payment is confirmed.

3. Shade Selection Responsibility

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct shade unless matched by an ḖCLAT team member.Wrong shade choice cannot be returned.

4. Product Authenticity

ḖCLAT guarantees authenticity.

We are not responsible for reactions to ingredients or product misuse.

5. Wholesale Orders

Wholesale prices require minimum order quantities.Wholesale orders are final sale

6. Delivery Terms

Once a package is handed to a rider/courier,Ḗclat is not responsible for delays or issues caused by third parties.We will provide assistance with tracking

7. Fraud Prevention

Suspicious payments may lead to cancellations.Repeated false orders or abusive behaviour may result in permanent ban

8. Intellectual Property

All product images,branding,mockups,and content belong to ḖCLAT Beauty and cannot be reused without permission.

9. Policy Updates

ḖCLAT reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice
